Mangrove salvaging at Pulau Ubin with Bintan people. Mosquitoes seem to love me alot. Digging out plants was tiring but getting soil and mud was worse. Mud didn't feel like mud. There was this slimy gooey layer on top which feels more disgusting than jelly. My vocab isn't good so you imagine it yourself. Then went back to school then home to shower cause my 'old shoes' was carrying souvenir back from mangrove salvaging. Gross much. Rushed to TM to have lunch with Jon Gab Paul Gerald Sean, Hoe chin joined us later too. It was Paul's birthday that day so bought him this mini Jerry cake. Then cabbed back to school for ogl meeting.

26th Nov 2009 (this chunk is here cause i wasn't able to do a lj-cut.)
Marathon day again. Went out with Jon Gab Sean and Gerald to buy Bintan stuff. First stop was Parkway and we made the wrong decision cause the booties there were overpriced. So bus-ed to Lavender to find dumb Beach Road which took us ages to find it. Walked around and around almost forever but we eventually found it. One word - EXHAUSTING. Got all our stuff which were really cheap there and had a quick lunch before rushing back to school.

Cabbed at TM to drop Jon off first then alighted at my house. Grabbed toys and cabbed to fetch Jon before going to school. Yes, we were super late. And things didn't go that smoothly. But we managed to get things done before 5.

Rushed home, shower, changed, went out to meet Tina to go Sitex. Yes, i was late again. Had dinner at Macau Express and the food was good. Thanks Zargyi for the recommendation. (: Walked around in both halls like i don't know how many times and for how long but the most important thing is - WE DIDN'T FIND NIKON. -.- A huge bummer i swear. Wanted to scream and burn the whole place down.

Canon had this huge booth near the entrance but Nikon "is around here but i'm not sure where" was what many people told us. Still, saw familiar faces and people like Wilson, Yi ling and Yan how and also Tpjc people. We got so bored and tired that i came up with this dumb game of asking random sales person from each booth where's the information counter. We were suppose to take turns but Tina backed out a few times.

Saw this Fujitsu booth and approached this promoter or something asking why is it that Fujitsu laptops Lifebook S series always got problem with the speaker. He told me, "There's no such problem. If you don't believe i can show you." When i told him about my model, he said "We don't have 14.1inch laptops, only 13.3inch." Oh please, do i really look like some dumb girl to come here and scam you on a model which doesn't exist? I know friends who own the same laptop and i myself have one too.

Went to John Little sale where i bought stuff again then back to Sitex for a final walk. Think we were kinda pissed so we went over to some Apple booth and there was this huge Mac screen. I asked Tina to open the Webcam thing for fun. She came up with something worse, which was to take a video. Clicked on the video function and left it there. People walked past and even waved to it. Both of us just stood nearby and laughed like some idiots. :D Then we finally decided to take bus 12 home.

One scene today just made me :D on the inside.

Coming back to today, i think i slept for more than 13 hours. :D TV, eat and sleep. That's roughly what i did for the whole of today. And i want my Nikon DSLR badly, real badly. But i can't decide which model cause i know nothing about them. I WANNA SCREAM.

Went to Bukit Timah Hill today to hike with the Bintan people. Looked around the visitor centre i think before heading back to school. Called Zargyi and ended up going to Jared's house straight, supposedly to have lunch and do DE. But things don't always go as planned. Some stuff happened which made people unhappy. Still, we cooked maggie mee and all the wonton and stuff they bought. 4 of us cooked spicy noodles and i cried eating mine.

Doing DE was a failure and we all ended up playing cards since we weren't in the right mood to do. Left at around 5.35 as we were suppose to have steamboat to celebrate Daddy's birthday. My aunts, cousins came over to eat and chat and most importantly, FB-ING. Yes, they were all using fb applications which made me feel foreign. But it was fun watching them.

Oh and Jared gave all of us 2 boxes of yummy kueh which i'm gonna have for breakfast tomorrow. :D

Last thing to mention before i go, my mum chopped off like more than half of my hair length. Which means it's around my shoulder length. I'm so not kidding about this. And it isn't layered, it's straight. (:

Today was a long school day with 2 lectures and 1 GP lesson, not interesting much. Then went to TM to have Tori-Q with classmates at the stairs before Jared Mich Jeff Cy went back to school for cca while Zargyi and Wilson came over to play Wii and cards before leaving house together - they go home while i meet Hoe chin and Gerald at Tampines Inter.

Was super duper late (like more than 20minutes i think) as usual. Took 29 to Changi Village and met 1 couple on the bus. Yeap, received an sms from Tricia which gave us news which 3 of us didnt know of. Reached there and met Sean Tricia Sam K. Joel Brandan with 2 other friends of theirs. Had dinner at Ubin First Stop Restaurant. Don't have a picture of all the food but let's just let the receipt do the talking. :D



YOUR EYES DID NOT DECEIVE YOU, THAT IS THE TRUTH. But of course, excluding the jugs was what we had for dinner. The 40bucks Prawn was supposedly ordered by Hoe chin as everyone said it, but he himself didn't like Prawns so it's still a mystery who exactly wanted it. Stayed and talked till 9plus before taking bus 59 home with Hoe chin and Gerald and we all alighted at my stop.

Then these 2 nice people walked me to my block before 'leaving'. The walk home was very 'entertaining'. 2 people started trying on their working shirts in public which they just couldn't wait to put it on, and then change back.

Just when i settled down, Hoe chin called to ask where's the coffee shop and i ended up bringing them there and having teh tarik (which was bland) with them. Then they sent me home for real this time, right till the stairs where Gerald wanted to make Jacky bark (which didn't happen). After that, they finally went back home. :D

[Oh and Tina, Hoe chin wants you to feel bad for not turning up for dinner today just cause you feel lazy. So you can comment to reply to him. :D]

Most days were spent with classmates, went to Jared's house quite a number of times till feeling kinda bad about it already. Saw familiar faces every few day which makes me wanna meet so many people right now! So coming back to posting, went out to celebrate Zargyi's Birthday today. Went to ION to eat then watched 2012 at Cine. Moved on to Taka where we acted like kids for a moment then went over to Suntec to have Pepper Lunch for dinner before heading home. As usual, pictures can't be uploaded all at one time. So i'll make another promise by uploading it another day, most probably tomorrow. :D

Okay people! I've uploaded all the photos already, be it for last Sat or Sun. But! As usual i'm too lazy to upload them. :D I promise (no, i really mean it this time) that i'll upload it tomorrow after we're half done with PW. Holidays seem so short, really short. 2 days out, 1 day spent at home watching tv all day long and tomorrow doing PW.

And i just looked through ALL of Yee See's photos, those she took when she went to some parts in Europe. Not only was it an AWESOME trip but she had a DSLR with her too! I really miss her loads, my one-decade-old friend and primary school best friend. WE MUST MEET UP SOON, MAYBE WITH THE REST OF THE CLASS TOO! (:

Finally after so long, i've finally found time to update. Last week was one hell mugging week. Though it's labelled as a holiday, everyday was spent mugging (almost). This week was a week to rush tutorials and WR WR WR. And it still isn't done. Revision is really lagging like hell. My GP is like gone case. It seems to be a sure-flunk subject. Most interesting happening of the week should be that i supposedly assisted 2 goals in class soccer and 1 real and 1 not-so-real goal in touch rugby. :D Yeap. Feeling JC-LIFE = NO-LIFE now. which sucks.

And my lj is much more alive than Jared's. :D

I must say that this lj might be a little dead unless i need to rant. Studying hasn't been really as productive as i planned it would be. Think the only day that i really did work was yesterday with Tina but she helped me along the way which means alot cause it's freaking integration. which sucks. Thus, it means i've been slacking too much. So i have to leave the technological world and come back to reality and really mug hard, at least for this week. I'm gonna murder myself soon if i can't clear nuts - really many many which are tough to crack.

Someone/something needs to snap me out of pracrastination.

I've filed you in the 'History' or 'Archives' Section way up high in a shelf.
But you just couldn't stay still and keep falling in my way.
It's really irritating, especially when your broom touches me.
Brooms are meant to be used on Floors, not me.

It's finally Teacher's Day tomorrow. Having mixed feelings right now. Worried and nervous about tomorrow's concert but really looking forward to going back to Hai Sing too. Really praying hard that everything goes well tomorrow. (:

I really am confused, and stressed up.

Study session with Carol Mich Jared and Charmaine today. Ate CHIPPY then went to Starbucks to start studying. Wasn't really productive but at least some stuff was done. Studied for Chem Bonding 1 and Atomic Structure. Then went for dinner at Ajisen, took photos then Jared and Charmaine gotta leave first. Then went down to Ion Orchard to see my sandals. Didn't have my size so decided to try my luck at NUM with Carol. Went to Cine and the person checked with every outlet in Sg and it turns out the entire collection is out of stock. So went back to Ion Orchard to take another look and after much contemplating, finally got 1 pair of gold sandals. All thanks to peer pressure and also for the fact that Carol kept saying 'bird buy buy buy!' when we heard the sales girl said if i didn't want it, another person wants it.

It costs 50bucks by the way. At first it didn't seem worth it and all since it wasn't my first choice, but after much staring, i'm starting to like it. :D
And because of my guilt for spending so much on sandals, i'm not gonna buy another pair till like 1year plus plus. Yeap, the saving scheme has started. (:

Total Expenditure for the day: 80bucks++ = SINFUL.

Rehearsal today was rocky at first but then things kinda went smoothly. At least thats what Jon and I thought. Some minor problems left to deal with then it should be okay. The gifts are really pretty and all. The banner was done earlier. Everything seems to be going well. Yay-ness.

Maths timed assignment tomorrow. Hope i won't panic as usual and be able to score it. 5 weeks till Promos, pray that i could finish my studying and revision.
